About Me

Hi There

My name is Peter and I’m thrilled to welcome you to my site! This blog is born out of my passion for mindfulness, gratitude, and wellbeing (aka happiness). My journey began in a small town in western Kenya and as a teenager, I migrated to Massachusetts, USA which was bittersweet.
I’ve spent years studying and practicing mindfulness and gratitude, but my passion truly blossomed during grad school while earning my Master’s in Social Psychology. I discovered from my own lived experience that life’s joys, both big and small, often go unnoticed.

          It has been somewhat challenging week but one beautiful thing this was seeing my son swimming, more like learning to swim, with his father in the pool 🏊! Soo grateful to be alive and well to witness that!
